All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wildnovaprints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, wildnovaPrints will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
